Share control of a PowerPoint presentation in Teams, Zoom, or anywhere else
Tired of hearing "next slide, please" on video calls? With NextSlide you can give control of your PowerPoint to multiple presenters - perfect for Teams, Zoom, or any video conferencing tool.
1. Sign up and upload your presentation
Create a free account and upload your PowerPoint. When it's ready you'll see your current slide, a filmstrip of every slide, and your speaker notes - all in one place.
2. Share the presenter link
Click Share and copy the presenter link. Text or email it to your co-presenters - they open it on a phone or in any browser. That's it: nothing to install, no accounts for them to create.
3. Everyone shares control
Anyone with the link can move the slides, and every screen updates the moment they do. Co-presenters aren't flying blind, either: they see the current slide and their own speaker notes right on their device, in step with the room.
4. Screenshare in Zoom or Teams
Put the slides in full screen, click Share in your video app, and pick that window - exactly what you already do with PowerPoint. The difference: the shared screen shows only the slides, while you drive from any other device. Arrow keys on the sharing computer, big buttons on a phone, any presenter's link - every screen stays in step, and your notes never show on the call.
Because the presentation lives in the browser, the link is all anyone needs - any device, inside or outside your organization. Teams and Zoom's built-in slide controls rely on co-organizer roles, guest permissions, and "take control" hand-offs; with NextSlide, giving someone control is as simple as sending them a link.
